Blissage Booking Policy

 

At Blissage, we prioritize the security and convenience of our clients. To support and protect your payment information, we no longer require deposits for bookings. We trust and appreciate our clients’ commitment to honoring their appointments.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. If something comes up, you may reschedule or cancel online with at least three hours' notice to find a more suitable time or day.

 

Booking Reminders

To assist you in keeping track of your appointment, you will receive:

 

A confirmation notification 24 hours prior to your booking.

 

A reminder 4 hours before your appointment, allowing you the option to reschedule online if needed.

 

 

Payment Options

We encourage cash payments to help you avoid additional fees. If using electronic payments, please note:

 

EFTPOS payments incur a 1.6% surcharge

 

Afterpay transactions incur a 6% surcharge

If you are Running Late

Sometimes you may be delayed, we understand this can happen, in this case we kindly request you inform us by telephone as soon as possible.

In the event that you are running late and are not ready to commence your massage at the arranged time, due to scheduling, the therapist your massage must still conclude at the scheduled finish time, to allow our therapists to care equally for all of our clients.
